I wonder if the 4 will be the next to go every 12 minutes? It's happened to a few of the high-frequency 10 minute routes now, like the 27, 56, 58, and now the X1.

Wouldn't surprise me if most or even all of the 10 minute routes went every 12 minutes.
Not sure on the likes of the 20/20A etc though, which both run every 20 minutes, not sure a 12 minute frequency would work.
The 4 PVR would drop from 11 to 9 but i would imagine, 1 extra would be added (like the 56) so the PVR would be 10 and the 11th one would be a branded spare.

Assuming you mean how long 9099 will remain on the X1...
It's VOR today, but should be transferring to Chester-le-Street on Sunday for a four-week trial on Angel service 21.

What's not to say that the branded one was VOR on the morning run out, which is why either 5438/5439 are covering it on the 20 today, and what if there was a break down on the 9 or it was running quite late, and the branded one was then available at that time to drop into service.

Yesterday they was only 1 vyking on 6099/100 was on , 3982 was on the X35 & other was on 35

That is exactly what happened. A Vyking brokedown this morning on Scholars that run onto the 9 so the Branded Streetlite was the only vehicle available.

The frequency remains at every 7/8 minutes at peak times on weekdays - in my eyes, this would be the best frequency to promote.
