I would argue they do as all of their routes are Nexus services and with other companies accepting them on Nexus services you would simply assume they were accepted.
Simple thing to do to get an answer is ring or e-mail GCT or Nexus.

The 32A will probably be operated by Streetlites again with GCT. I hope so.
Anyone know what tickets are likely to be available on the GCT 32A?

True, I forgot about that, but Nexus might put the fares up. I don't understand why the secured 32A doesn't have a Return ticket option. Day tickets on GCT won't be as useful as GNE either, if they are still available on the service.
