I am glad I went with Courtois as my keeper, clean sheet today Big Grin

I read The Sun, but not a big fan of it either...Think I just like looking at the (.)(.)

One of my mates once told me he wouldn't trust the football results The Sun printed nor would he wipe his arse with it...If he wanted to read a load of shite he would read the Daily Sport(now there's a paper, the fun I had at college phoning massage parlours asking for quotes for all kinds of kinky shit...Could probably start a whole new thread on that alone [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY])

For obvious reasons, I have no problem with The Sun's scoring system Big Grin

I agree with you about the paper though. I never read it unless it's lying in the barbers or something.

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - Andreos1 - 23 Jun 2014

Nah, not sure on the scoring rules either.
Mind, it would have helped if I had checked them out first.

Finally got a goal scorer!
Had two in the first two days of the tournament and nowt until Nani scored last night.

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - Adrian - 26 Jun 2014

Just shy of two days left for any transfers.

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - tyresmoke - 26 Jun 2014

My team have flown up the league! 8th to 4th in a matter of days Smile

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - MrFozz - 26 Jun 2014

Think Adam Y has won! Me and Adrian are 2nd, and we are at least fourty points behind him!!

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - Andreos1 - 26 Jun 2014

Puts forward a motion to declare the NEB Fantasy Football null and void.

Suarez has been banned, Ghana have suspended two players, Shaw got 13pts from one game and my team has done shit.

Based on that logic and those reasons - all those to support the motion, shout aye!

*waits patiently...

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - MrFozz - 26 Jun 2014

Yeah, I think Mr Young has won this and he will be a worthy winner, his results have been consistent throughout...

The dude I wanna beat is Andreos were neck and neck for ages, so I will be happy if I beat him...No Offence Andreos, I like you really, sure your a nice enough guy [FACE WITH STUCK-OUT TONGUE AND WINKING EYE]

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - Andreos1 - 27 Jun 2014

Whey seeing as nobody else supported the motion in suspending the NEB World Cup Fantasy Football, I have a gone all 'a la Pardew' - headbutted a few of the opposition players and made wholesale changes to the team in a fit of desperation.

I haven't worked out how to substitute my left back at half time yet, but still working on it :p

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - MrFozz - 28 Jun 2014

Now for the knockout stages...

Still looking forward to the proper football kicking off IN August

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - MrFozz - 28 Jun 2014

What's the crack with crying during the national anthems, Neymar seems to do it every time, it is good to be patriotic, proud of your country, proud of your flag etc, but come on crying, what's up with that...

Different during the anthems, both teams kept on singing after the music stopped

I have no idea why he cries.

Glad Howard Webb told Neymar to of the pitch when he went to the side line for a spray on his knee .

Hell of a footballer though, you would have him in your team every day of the week and twice on Sunday and I reckon your telling porkies if you say you wouldn't...I am not really struck on him either, Ronaldo is another player I hate (The Portuguese Winker, not the Fat Brazilian)...

As much as I don't like him, it is shocking some of the challenges on him, kicking the shit out of him...

Becoming a bit dirty and niggly now

EDIT: Yet again I post and a goal comes within seconds 😀

Fine Tongue

Edit: Twice Neymar has being clear on goal and his spoofed it.... haha

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - MrFozz - 28 Jun 2014

Neymar is too greedy for my liking, Brazil seem to rely on him too much to the point where if he was out, where would the majority of Brazils come from, but I cannot stand greedy footballers, there is no I in TEAM as we all know...

Brazil lately seem to be like England for the last few years and the Dutch in the 90's, as Individuals there among the best in the world, but as a team they struggle to bond

I agree, some teams struggle to bond.

Only played the first half and its being one of the best games of the world cup so far

RE: World Cup Fantasy Football - MrFozz - 28 Jun 2014

Got to say it is a decent game, proper end to end, both defences are being made to put a shift in, up there has been plenty chances and the atmosphere compliments the game, bet it would be amazing being right there in the Stadium.

Chile are doing well to wind up Neymar, there kicking the shit out of him and it is also getting a bit naughty, did you see Gary Medel (There's a good South American name...Gary) and Fred (I think) having words at the half time whistle...

Should be a good 2nd half

Oh dear, i thought Hulk had scored a cracker there!

Edit: So Scolari thinks Sanchez is diving all the time.... what about Neymar then Scolari, he seems to dive alot.
