Replaced 27729 which broke down outside South Shields Town Hall. There was a constant high pitched beeping noise coming from it as well, as I doubt it came from the South Tyneside Council truck that was behind. Even though the gas buses aren't in use on a Sunday at the moment, its surprising that they would use a "reserve" vehicle in their place - which should never be used on evenings and Sundays.
