I think the E300 might be offered in euro 6 because demand is really good for it.         No one wants a reborn SPD do they? ( 11.7m E200 MMC ) I wouldn't!

I assume this one was produced at the Plaxton factory in Scarborough, hence the YY prefix and the reason why it has been delivered before Gloucester's batch and the remaining South Shields E200s.

Just had a quick search and found that YY is a Beverley plate. Beverley being around 30 or 40 miles from Scarbourgh. so this E200 was registered in Beverley.
What's also more interesting about this E200 is that its the Last with a Euro 5 engine for Stagecoach and also the last with the original body for Stagecoach.

Preservation candidate in years to come?

These Enviros are for Herne Bay Triangle Services between Herne Bay, Whitstable and Canterbury. The 17 buses allocated to Canterbury are Alexander Pointer 2s, Optare Solos and Volvo Olympians for different services.
