Maybe you should consider the fact the buses may not have been available at the time of allocation which is why they are on the routes they are. No logic about it what so ever.

No such thing as a dedicated spare for the 3/4/7/8

You're fighting a losing battle, trying to provide justification for 'wrong' allocations... I've tried on many occasions in the past, and we still see the same silly comments.

I really does get frustrating especially when it's my job to allocate buses so I know exactly how it's done lol
