I haven't got time to scroll back through right now, but I'd suggest looking at wasn't operated on Boxing Day as a starting point and then going from there. Assuming Stagecoach were operating commercially on Boxing Day?

The 72 and 87 didn't operate during lockdown, so maybe they could go. Not sure about 18/18A, I think 32/32A did oparate.
71 should merge with M71 and run City Centre - Kingston Park via Westerhope and Newbiggin Hall
32/32A should be withdrawn in the west section and secured in the east section
18/18A should be operated by GNE and extended to Wallsend, replacing the Q3.
6 could be withdrawn and replaced in part by revised 71 and perhaps a revised 7?
87 should be withdrawn, although it does get some passengers. Surely a new service could replace 32/32A/72/87?

These are kind of upcoming changes, just unconfirmed. 71 and 87 withdrawn, 6 renumbered and likely 75/76 will be SNE.
18 is GNE currently and they have announcenents for the 32 already.

It's assumed the 71 is going because there is a tender out for a new Throckley service (76). 6 is being renumbered M6.
18 and 32 are out for tender.
Nothing has been said about the 87. 75 is just 13 renumbered.

It seems that there is confusion between actual service changes and speculated service changes.
Is this the right thread for speculated changes? If it is can the poster at least make it obvious it’s speculated and not fact!

They aren't speculated. Changes in March will be happening.
The only speculation on this thread is who will be operating the new tendered services.

I agree, but the specific details had to be removed as the tender process has not finished and the details shouldn't have been made public.
So I guess now it's not clear, but it probably was at the time, or is to people who have seen it.

Just some things that people probably haven't noticed here by the looks of it:
The 71 is gone, replaced by a service from Hillheads Estate to Grainger Street only by the looks of it (either 71 or 88)
The 1 is scrapped from Cobalt to Coach Lane
The 8 is scrapped.
The 30/31/36 registration is dodgy aswell as it's not showing the 30 in the brackets but that might be a mistake.

Honestly I'm not sure on specifics it's just the registrations end / start points. Newcastle Central and Cobalt have been removed from the 1 / 8 and the 72/87/88 registration as it's wrote there is the 3 estates / Newcastle Grainger Street (used to be Throckley / Newcastle)
