Unsure about ramp but although these photos don't show the layout very well, here is some interior shots of a Sapphire 7 branded Enviro 400 (24 branded examples will be the same). There is one tip down seat where the rail is just in front of the normal seats. They can't fail to work. StreetLites are staying on the 35. I'm currently unaware of the ancillary fleet number. This will probably happen once the ex London VLA's have been delivered.
