Stagecoach Sunderland is the same.

I'm on the 16 and doesn't even look like its been cleaned, floors are sticky as out and the seats are full of crumbs.

Shame, its like they don't care anymore.

I understand that cleaning has now been brought back in house - use to be ISS

Sorry If it has been a thing for a while or its just been named but on Go North Easts Fleet Page 5809 has been named "Carolyn Ferguson"
