Should be for branded service 503 from Halifax to Huddersfield which is a stunning run and shows what Volvo B7TL's are actually capable of. I'm amazed they've lasted this long on that route

Further news regarding these moves is due to new regulations regarding the Sheffield Partnership requiring the most fuel efficient and low emission vehicles.
As such, Stagecoach are transferring E200s from their Rawmarsh depot to Sheffield's Holbrook depot. Ecclesfield depot meanwhile lose their Darts to Rawmarsh and Barnsley.

They certainly are. Gaining a full treatment of e-leather seating upon its return to Halifax depot as well as branding and orange 'Halifax' names. A further 5 are to be done.
Hunslet Park Paintshop are now in the process of doing 2 further 'Heritage' repaints - Bradford's 37732 (YJ09 OCD) and a Huddersfield vehicle.

And thanks to the Sheffield Omnibus Enthusiasts Society, these Solos are now confirmed as 507-9 (YJ65 EPC/D/E).
EDIT: Also added to the TM Travel fleet on loan following the awarding of the SYPTE contracted service 203 (Barnsley-Doncaster), are ADL E200 KX08HME and KX58BGY.
EDIT2: Reduced Ticket prices for Sheffield from 1st November - prices frozen until April 2017.

Today being day one of the Sheffield changes, the majority of the fleet movements have taken place, however (thanks to 'The Captain' on the 'South Yorkshire Transport' Forum), the following changes have been made:
- 63038-41 remain at Rotherham pending repairs to B7RLE 69043/7 and enough of the Streetdecks for the X78 are delivered
- Bradford-bound 37500-2/4/8 have moved to Olive Grove to cover until Rotherham can release more B9TLs
- B10BLE 60689/96/7/700/2 are temporary retained
- B7TL/Plaxton President 32216 and B7TL/Wright 37035 remain at Olive Grove for the same reason as 63038-41
- Trident 33071, B7TL/Wright 37022 and B10BLE 62232/4 all remain at Olive Grove awaiting/Undergoing repairs
Monday-Saturday:
- So far confirmed, the 120 will swap from a mix of Volvo B7TLs and B9TLs to the E400s (the E400s were originally ordered for the 120 before being reallocated to the 51)
- As a result, the 51 will revert to Volvo B9TLs, likely also to be the home for the Hertiage liveried trio
- Everything bar the 120/272 will be Streetlite or B7RLE operated
- 120 should be E400 (at a guess), 272 will be any decker bar E400 (E400s are too tall for a bridge on the route)

The latest fleet news for EYMS reveal that ex-demonstrator Volvo B5TLs BF63 HDC and BX14 SYT will be both joining the fleet with the fleet numbers 796 and 797 respectively. It will be interesting to see whether 796 will retain its Lothian display or receive the more standard display used by most other operators - it depends on how easy they are to change i guess.
It also states that they are due an ex-Demo Enviro 400MMC numbered 795. No registration has been given but as i have mentioned previously, it would be logical to assume that this will be YY64 GWX considering that they already have YX64 VOO which is the only other E400MMC former demonstrator that i can think of.
There is not much more to note other than the E200 8.9m which is confirmed to be arriving soon plus the order for two Volvo B8RLE/MCVs on order and will gain the fleet numbers 386 and 387 - if they are allocated to Hull (which i think is likely given that they seem to want to keep the Hull based fleet modern) it would be a great thing with them operating B7RLE/MCVs out of that depot too.

- Rotherham's Streetdecks have began entering service on the X78 (Doncaster-Rotherham-Sheffield) wearing a special livery as shown by 35117 (SM65 EFD) (photo @ Scott Poole). [urlhttps://www.flickr.com/photos/doncasterbusphotos/22937766241/]Despite having 'X78 Steel Link' embroided into the headrest of the seats (photo @ Jake Pullen)[/url], they will not be gaining any external branding (which, imho is a huge mistake)
- Rotherham's 4 pre-production Streetlites 63038-41 (LK62 HJD, FUJ, HKG, HJX) are now not moving to Sheffield Olive Grove depot.

EDIT : Transdev are also expecting a order for a unknown amount of Volvo B5TLs for its " Yorkshire Coastliner " brand presumed to be around the 1st quarter of next year. NOTE this is speculation and may not be true

Transdev Yorkshire Coastliner appear to have Volvo B5TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 3 demonstrator BF63HDC at the moment.

Yeah it is it is, it was repainted Plain White at Hants & Dorset Trims prior to going on Demonstration elsewhere following it spell with Lothian Buses and GNE.
