Bit of a joke really. Especially when DCC choose to fund ENCTS pass use before 0930 instead.

It always has been for years I think, long before this ENCTS scheme came into play. North Yorkshire is the same.

It'd be interesting to see the numbers, and whether charging full fare before 0930 would pay for the bairns scheme to be extended to 16. I personally think that no one of school age should pay for their fares to and from school, but hey. Smile
