[b]I have met JJ plenty of times in the last few weeks and each time he has said that he can't thank me enough, and he thanks me from the bottom of his heart. I've also had a message off his brother saying that his family will be eternally grateful.

Sunderland at 7 miles and Newcastle at about 15 miles is local...Middlesbrough is 30 miles away
