I haven't been on the forum since end of July yet when I click last post it takes me to yesterday morning.
Can you advise why... it's very annoying

You can use the Tapatalk mobile application to go to the last viewed post.

This happens online as well as kindle.
Every other forum if u click arrow it goes to first unread
