Pilgrims Quarter - Newcastle - Adrian - 23 Nov 2021

9000 staff from Benton Park View (Longbenton) and Waterview Park to move to a new nine story office block on Pilgrims Quarter in Newcastle: https://www.skyscrapercity.com/threads/pilgrims-quarter-an-eps-project-newcastle-10fl-proposed.2321469/page-3#post-176212733

A massive opportunity to get people onto public transport, as they're going from two sites with a lot of parking, to one with I guess not a lot. Lots of local journeys will turn into more typical commuter journeys.

End of the 'Ministry' buses. 70 years they've ran.
