Go North East: Latest News & Discussion - November 2015
For the Durham Luminaire Festival, Go North East are doing the Howlands PR2 and also seem to be operating a coach shuttle.
The PR2 was operated by Presidents from what I saw.

(14 Nov 2015, 1:41 pm)wise owl Its on the 16/16a today, next in stanley at 14.22 ( if in time )
Now been replaced.
Noticed a Venture solo parked up in Stanley today and on the rear im sure it read something like 'Venture out with a Stanley Day Ticket'. I know there is a similar one for Consett so i may have misread it.
And on a more positive note with blinds, i noticed that 3888s has been fixed (ie can load profile 11 of whatever number it was)

If I were to award a nice manoeuvre award, from what I've seen of Durham bus station, this weekend, it has to go to whoever was driving the 16:30-ish 50, today. That Omnicity pretty much turned on the head of a pin!
(Angel and X12 geminis left not long after - didn't expect them to carry off anything as smooth, given their height. The X12 needed to do the predicted shuffling, but the Angel managed a nice big loop without having to adjust. There's not a lot of room in there, so nicely done to that driver, too!)

As the time is getting closer...do we think that the Sunderland Connect hybrids will gain the 'Christmas in Sunderland' all over wraps like they did last year?
On another note, at the Metrocentre, do buses need to serve the MetrOasis stop even if the traffic is bad? I only ask because last Sunday at about 15:30ish, i saw a green arrow solar take the sliproad round to the left and behind the car parks (along the one way system and entering the bus station from the same direction as buses from Newcastle only not over the bridge). I didn't get to see whether it was in service or if it had passengers on but with it being the time it was, i went along with it being in service.
