Agree with David. Just hope they don't plaster stuff over the windows again.

Given that it is a Sunday, hopefully this should be a sign that the construction of the refuelling facility at the Wheatsheaf has been completed. Anyone spotted gas buses on other Sunderland services?
There was at least one out on the 16.
Didn't see any others.
Has anyone seen 22734 and if so is it still at south shields Depot. Regards Robin

It's still there yes
Didn't see any gas buses today must not operate bank holidays either as it's a Sunday service
Anyone seen 22206 lately? It's disappeared from Teesside.

It's not at Stockton. 22195 isn't in the storage shed either. 22198 is still on the road.
Sunderland's training bus just past my house, in Springwell, first time iv'e seen it pass mine.
Either learning the 5/5A, 19 or 23 route!
Have concluded that the vehicles currently operating services 6, 7, and 8 are sound vehicles. They seem to manage the roads exceptionally well and I am surprised that there are so few of them in the fleet. In addition, I have decided that there is no point to service 6, as it feels the need to give up operating after 17:00. Also, service 8 is much better, and I feel the bus company would benefit from replacing service 6 with service 8.

Just 2, one has been returned to it's owner.
22049 has gained a rear advertisement. I think it was something to do with a college or something - "climbing heights" was a tagline.

I meant 22040 earlier - the 9 is next to the 0. Fat thumbs.

Well the gas buses were out last Sunday but weren't on the bank holiday...
So it looks like there has been some issues with the new infrastructure...
