Michael will be disappointed that there is no Gas Buses on Order again, iirc he was wanting some more for the Sunderland Area.
Could see some of the ADL E400/ADL E400MMC/Scania E400MMC Order coming to the North East, along with some of the Orders for the Scania/ADL E300 Order also coming to the Region, more than likely be Newcastle/Stockton which receive Investment with Sunderland getting Cascades.

Very much so, although Sunderland can't get new buses each year, its time for someone else... we can always hope a green bus round 5 happens....

To be honest I would rather see the funding which goes into Transport for Londons Infrastructure split with other Regions up and down the Country to ensure everyone gets a fair share of Investment.
Good order. I can't wait to see the MMCs in service. Hopefully we'll get some in the North East too!
As for GBF... anything is possible, considering we've got a general election in less than two months time. It may be scrapped altogether in favour of a new scheme.

That won't happen, London will always get more....

Well we will just have to start a campaign right here on NEB, Get the backing of the Local Councilors and Councilors in other Regions up and down the country, then go to London and force a change in Legislation that will benefit everyone...not just London.
I think stagecoach on teesside Should get new buses because they will have have lot t reg man left in the fleet because the t reg man have to withdrawn at end year

In other words it is highly likely that Stagecoach South Shields will get new buses to upgrade service X20, which will most likely be ADL E300s. If this does happen, it will allow MAN ALX300s 22050/67/70 to be cascaded to another depot.
It was a tongue-in-cheek comment..............
As for Teesside - it seems to be highly likely Stockton will gain some investment this year, as Stockton is now the only depot
officially to have an allocation of non-DDA vehicles. Of course, the matter of what for and how many can be debated (however my money is on examples for 12/39 - once it's been sorted out).
Wonder where the 10 Wrightbus' will be going?

How many Non DDA single deckers are there left in the NE fleet, including reserves, as depots still have non DDA reserves?

20 at Stockton in service. Not entirely sure about reserves.

Cambridge - for the Busway.
Where will the MK1 bodied Euro 6 Scania E400s be going?

Manchester maybe?

It seems likely Stockton will get investment, the new buses will get rid of all of the Non DDA's out of the NE fleet (expect for the deckers)
Also does anyone know when these orders will start to arrive?
If stagecoach on Teesside don't get new buses to replace the T reg man single decker this year they should get newly buses like 55 reg man alx 300 buses from stagecoach west Scotland to stagecoach east midlands have now maybe somethink like that

They have to replace them this year. Come 1st Jan 2016, they'll no longer be available for use, due to the change of DDA regulations.
See this post for more information.

DDA mods to T and V reg bangers - unlikely with Stagecoach
Does anyone know what's going to the south more specifically to Aldershot Thanks

Great news to hear, Stagecoach are doing a good job with this Gold service. Sapphire/ Max is not as majestic in my opinion
Wouldnt mind seeing a Gold Service here in North East, would say Services 62/63 in Newcastle would be good candidates, as would the 685 but that just got New Vehicles.

Yes, Leamington's service G1 is Solo-operated.
Did you mean gold enviro 400's for Aldershot?

Agree with you here, everything about Gold looks better, from the seats to the colour scheme, to the engine/ chassis choices (Davey
