It does help a lot a bit like my pal Anthony he lives on 50 route or yourself the stagecoach routes so all in all Hebburn is a fine spot for photos
Looks good & UnCluttered (compared to previous branding and many GNE brands) Could be a nice template for future brands to develop a semi-corporate style, which Go North East lacks. For Example: Keep the rear swoop on a limited number of base colours (although I would prefer one corporate) but only change name "Centurion" "Diamond" etc... with corresponding symbol replacing the torch seen on Centurion. I would have dropped the "The" and simply branded "Centurion"
Who knows! It could even be adopted for Nexus (or whatever brand they want to use when QCS comes into operation)

I don't think 4934's rear blind is working.

Looks nice when you seen it face to face looks shiny in the sun but the torch on the back of the bus is lovely

They have 5161 getting withdrawn, is that a mistake as i thought it was still getting used at Deptford for the Durham works?

Could be, thought they might of kept in service until works have finished in Durham though.
Meaning other things can be done... like repaints.....

5161 was in use at Peterlee but 547 has taken its place until the end of the Millburngate roadworks.
5162 still being used on the 20.

It is working - it's just programmed as a flipdot display (wrong switch setting) and as such the LEDs on the rear display are loads of squiggly lines.

5161 did transfer to Deptford when the Solos entered service, but was sent to Saltmeadows by the end of last week.

Am gonna say it once "NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" That was my favourite trident now I know how Waylon Smithers felt when he cleaned the toilet and Homer Simpson has a pee and Waylon Smithers shouts "NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!" In that episode of the Simpsons win merge gets a job
I like the Crusader branding mind. I'll wait until I see it with my own eyes, but I can't see my opinion changing.

Much better than the previous liveries in my opinion, only thing I would change is carrying the Red/Orange/White around the Rear covering the Bonnet.

I too like new design of Crusader but their is only 1 little thing I would change.
Side text where Monkton Lane name should be but it's missing, but it is only on rear.
I would add that in before completeing other buses.
New Crusader brand looks smart.
At first glance I thought it had a slight South West Trains rail replacement look to it. :O ..Stagecoach swoops on a Go-Ahead!? ;-)
Would of thought they would list Chichester instead of Westoe on the livery personally to. But I do like it
Deptford's former "laser" branded Mercedes Citaro 0530N/Mercedes Citaro 5306 (NK08 CHO) is currently at Saltmeadows Road for a freshen up gold repaint.
It was discussed recently, so it's probably worth noting that "Cobalt Clipper" branded Volvo B9TL/Wright Eclipse Gemini 2 6104 (NL63 YJG) has returned to service following GKN Flywheel modifications. For those wanting a ride to compare to a 'normal' Volvo B9TL - it will be on the following departures out of Newcastle providing it is not changed over or regulated:
- 1402 #310 to North Shields
- 1540 #309 to Blyth
- 1820 #309 to Whitley Bay
Spotted one of the former peterlee mpd in a nice red coat this morning at salt meadows
Prince bishops on staff shuttle for Deptford
The 46 I'm on (5417) seems to be running around 13-15 minutes late. Any ideas why?
