I'm sure their is meant to be a few of them for the Airlink 100.

A bizarre decision not to have them registered as "19" plates if they're not to be used until March.

Some of them have been re-registered, 1080 (SJ19 OWV) been the only example I have seen online so far - https://www.flickr.com/photos/blaircamer...46251@N21/

The combined PVR for the 11 and 16 is only 26, (NOT including spares) and there's 42 of them all together, leaving 12 unallocated.

PVR for the 100 is around 8

I was speaking to a spotter from up Scotland when I was in Carlisle a few weeks back who mentioned some would be for the 100, The Airlinks seem to get new buses every 2 years going by the two batches of B5TL's they've had on them, prior to that the last investment was the B9's new in 2010 so I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.
New bus service for Lothian Country
Lothian Country will launch a new route and improvements to its services from Sunday 31 March.
The new Service 281 will connect Deans North with Carmondean, Knightsridge, Ladywell, St John’s Hospital, Craigshill, Livingston Centre, Polbeth, West Calder and Loganlea, seven days a week.
Other changes include improved frequencies and new links on certain services.

The last day of normal service operation for our Trident vehicles will be this Saturday, 9 March.

Thanks Barrow and Lothian is very happy to be fostering a new partnership with ADL in Falkirk and yes there is to be a second batch of the same Volvo B8L's coming, taking the total to 80 buses. Some will be assigned to the Airlink service.

Was up there yesterday, so I had my first couple of journeys on them. They're superb!
Had my first ride of the Volvo 7900H... not sure i like them, the bus just rattled when it was moving, sounded horrendous when moving.

Streetdeck on the 26 on the other hand... was really smooth and was fab.

I'd assume these will enter service within a week or so, hazard a guess at the 29th July.

Bus drivers in Edinburgh will take indefinite strike action from the end of next week, unless they accept a last-minute offer in a long-running dispute with management.

A total of 1,700 drivers will be balloted on Friday on a deal which includes a 2.7% pay rise.
