Not without getting arrested for criminal damage and theft
You'd probably just get some funny looks and the men in white coats called.

Is it criminal damage/theft if you ask?

In the land of normality no, but some people are just arseholes for the sake of being an arsehole
At Stagecoach North East Sold to M&S Parton is MAN/Enviro 300 39695 whilst now for disposal are similar 39662/65 and 39706/14 along with MAN/ALX300s 22018/24/70/80, Also at Stagecoach North East Reserve Fleet MAN/ALX300s 22341/47 are temporarily based at Walkergate to provide Christmas duplicate cover. At Stockton similar 22026/62 are in the Reserve Fleet with 22345 in Reserve at Slatyford. Another confirmed MAN/Enviro 300 transfer from Stagecoach Cumbria to Stagecoach North East is 24121.

Information from Steven Knight Media.
It looks like alx 300 single deckers are starting to get withdrawn?
22341 on the 22 but isn't tracking.
hopefully with service cuts elsewhere in the country, the electrics for Scotland and the E400 MMCs deliveries. SNE could hopefully bag some decent vehicles.

i think starting off with midibuses there's a decent number of number of darts kicking about which I would grab. the decent ones I would put into service and knackered ones use as spares to keep the current north east fleet going. secondly I think Scotland will be displacing some 2010 E200s, while I don't know how reliable they are I would consider bagging these for south shields and hartlepool and as long as reliability is better than what they have currently use these to scrap some of the 08 vehicles for parts. if there's anything from 2013 up to 2022 vehicles I would blag these Aswell
The last thing Hartlepool needs is more E200s. Half of the ones we already have are in limp mode and the rest beep warnings at you constantly for no reason. I've never drove a MAN in limp mode yet, only beep at you when there's a genuine fault and with the exeption of 39660 they're reasonably warm.

that's why bag any darts that are decent to scrap some of the worst E200s for parts, and as for 2010 E200s, the 2007-2010 batches seem to be notoriously hit and miss so getting more is another way of allowing some of the worse off vehicles to removed from service, plus In my opinion I know Newcastle could certainly do with losing maybe 5 E200s for E300s as they are regularly appearing on routes they shouldn't be
What school did 22082 go too?
Did SNE ever have transbus president 18028? Apparently at Cleveland transit, I can't remember if ever being there?
Copied from Facebook but
Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancs seem to be shifting alot of the 09 plate E300s, there's a few apparently transferred to North east I don't recognise, it's a shame that Sunderland couldn't bag 18327, 18359, 18562 and 3 to alleviate the decker shortages aswell

18327 MX05 WHV Lillyhall to disposal
18359 MX55 KPL disposal to sold
18362 MX55 KPP disposal to sold
18363 MX55 KPR disposal to sold
18364 MX55 KPT reserve to Lillyhall

MAN 18.240:
22596 PX08 CSY Morecambe to reserve
22597 PX08 CSZ Morecambe to reserve
22872 SP09 DPF reserve to disposal
22874 SP09 DPN Morecambe to reserve
22876 SP09 DPU reserve to disposal
22880 SP09 DPZ Morecambe to disposal
22884 SP09 DRZ Morecambe to reserve

I'm not 100% sure on this but I believe all ALX400's are Euro 3 and the Nexus contracts either ask for Euro 4/5/6 contracts depending on which one it is so they couldn't work for Sunderland.

Does the contract that the 2 60 plate vehicles at stockton are on specify that aswell?

Haven't got a clue with the Teesside contracts if I had to be honest.

Again with the Dart's... Every time I go into work you can guarantee at least one of them will be sat in engineering and I think we only have 5 of them? Granted, parts are more readily available which seems to be the biggest issue with the MAN's which really are undoubtedly far better buses overall.

parts for the darts. you could have the best bus in the world, but if you run out of parts it aint going nowhere
Any idea if 34605 is still about although am guessing it’s been scrapped as not seen it in depot for a while which is a shame as it was a good bus.

I'm told by engineering that it's in Sunderland getting a new engine and MOT

So a chance it could return to service in Hartlepool then. That and keeping 34611 should help here.
Does anyone know anything about 22063
hopefully with the new 400MMCs deliveries next year SNE can scale up some services and depots capacity. i am going to go through some ideas i have about individual depots as i think its hard hard to go through all SNE depots in a detailed way in one post

i used to know walkergate and slatyford services well having worked there, obviously things have changed in a decade so apologies if im a bit out of date, but i think walkergate needs to regain some of the lost deckers there , i think 4 E200s are sufficient for walkergate on the 317, 3 vehicles in use and 1 spare, i believe the following E200s are allocated to walker and in my opinion is double the amount they should have
36467
36468
36960
36961
36962
36963
36964

as for single decks i believe they currently have the following, when i used to work there i think they had 5 or 6 and that was (if memory serves correctly) for if (could be wrong here) route 22 i think it was had diversions, especially after the deroofing incidents
22065
22341
22347
22412
22437
24109
27157
27158
27723
27724
27725
27736
27739

as there is an increased need for double decks in SNE i would be content to keep the number of full size single decks around the 8 mark at walkergate to mitigate shortages, therefore i would suggest that the E300s stay for the time being until either replaced by newer models but the ALXs ideally need to go for CAZ purposes.

ideally if walkergate could snag around 30 newer double deck vehicles the could then lose the 4 E200s, the 5ALXs and then keeping 1of these newer double deck as a spare, cascade 20 of its eldest vehicles to elsewhere in the north east area, i will cover that in a later post

27736/39 are just loans replacing 10633/7 which went to Sunderland but 10637 and 27739 have already returned back to their own depots. Also the PVR of the 317 is 5 for the E200s. Other than the E200s I do agree Walkergate should be fully double decker, hopefully the new E400MMCs that are due will replace single deckers across all the depots as Sunderland and Stockton could definitely do with a couple of extra deckers

On Stocktons pits with 27508 and it’s not looking like it will come back at all ?
Yeah you have already told me on WhatsApp what's the point if replying lmao

Which one ?

Well 34605 is back in service at Hartlepool is out on the 6/7 for the day but not showing up on bus times. I know 34611 has been out the last few days despite it saying different as well. I think it’s still in service at Hartlepool as well today.
Has 22063 sill in service or withdraw now haven't seen it for some time?

Didn't know where I'd put this but yesterday spotted in service was 22428 which hasn't tracked since July last year. Unfortunately no photo
