So gne attempts today were somewhat how shall I put this lightly without annoying someone
Ah yes
Absolutely dreadful
The first attempt to run both Toontours went horrible
6995 manged ONE trip. Well replace it with 6993. NOOOOO cant so that. 6101 is good enough. And then 6993 was put on
3 buses did 1 running board today.
How terrible do you have to be at running a bus company it takes 3 buses to run an open topper service
While on the topic. Is Kimmy having words with GNE the fact they are getting "funding of the government" for new state of the sh!t buses that they cant even allocate them anymore. Pathetic

It is, passed it earlier. Might be covering a breakdown or something, as I passed it on the Felling Bypass not in service, then an hour and a half later passed it on the Felling Bypass going in the same direction with X10 on the front.

How about an X10 recreating the old 279 in Biddick?
I saw the top of the bus go round the ring road before checking bustimes.

Bee seem to be enjoying its time today shuttle people to the Metrocentre instead of them funded E200EV which seem to do everything bar the X66
This is a utter joke. Gne are laughing in the faces cause they got funded buses and cant even allocate them. A pathetic point from gne. Lets introduced zero sh!t to our routes then screw them over by taking them off that route

8324 is currently at Consett covering the 3 Ventures which appear to all be off the road.

So that will explain why deckers have been dominated the 342 recently since the solos seem to be absolutely shocking as of recent

Those Versas love to crawl back to Consett don't they.
Looks odd when you look on Bustimes to see an Adapted livery floating in the area

It's a disgrace this is allowed to happen on a major trunk road service!
When the B7TLs & B9TLs were VOR, it was at least half decent stuff (even with a squeeze) like Palatine II's, B10BLEs, Citaros, B7TLs or similar aged B9TLs from other routes.
Now it's 15 year old ex GAG/London B9TL stock or gutless 4 pot StreetDecks.
Even NECA with franchising would no doubt have a minimum vehicle specification for the likes of the X10 in terms if displacement, power etc!
GNE need to either look at their resourcing as previously mentioned, or purchase suitable vehicles. If GNE go down the ADL route for the 56 as rumoured and also want to buy for the X10, would make sense order another 6 for the X45 to keep some commonality at Consett then transfer 6378-73 to Riverside for the X10 (incl 2x spare). Then 6352-55 can be split as spares between Deptford & Consett.

Please. We understand what you want. You do not have to keep posting the same comment every time the X10 has a bad vehicle on it

In defence of 6241 et al, they seem fairly reliable (though Riverside have yet to get their hands on them...)
Seemed to perform pretty well on the high intensity V1 route in Manchester
Certainly more reliable that 6356 which has failed on the X10 this morning, cancelling the 7am out of Stockton - an Angelic 6328 stepping in later down the route

Not suprised about the Angel Streetdeck rocking up to the area.
With the Versas covering for the Venture Solos. I do wonder what the plan is for the Solos after the are fixed. An eventual withdrawal from the fleet or somehow a Repaint and Retrim to allow them to carry on for longer

I wouldn't be surprised if they are replaced with something sooner rather than later, seems to be a struggle to keep any of them on the road and given there age I wouldnt be surprised if some of the new Solos moved from another depot.
