Glad it arrived in good shape, should be decent once its out and about.

Any idea if they'll buy any more from GNE?

They didn't buy it from Go North East - they bought it from Ensign Bus Co (who is a dealer), who in turn sold it to Stagecarriage.

That one was in awful shape when it was withdrawn - both looked and sounded awful (you heard it before you saw it), and felt flat as a fart from a passenger perspective.

Well, are they buying anymore from Ensign? Tongue

So they bought the worst one? Wink

In my opinion, they did... The powers that be at Stagecarriage may suggest otherwise!

The key word there is 'was'. Mr Atkin confirmed what the issue was - someone had unplugged 'something' but that has now been resolved.

I like it, just needs fleetnames to finish the job. If I see it on the 33 I'll take into Newcastle.

I don't think so, it was a great bus
Wish we still had it Sad
An unexpected sighting on the country lanes of the Lincolnshire Wolds this morning.

An ex-GNE Citroen van.
Although faded, the removal of the Go North East lettering on the back door had left the outline of the logo.

I was unable get the reg unfortunately, with me having to give way to it at a T-Junction.
