Pssh, nothing, it was to do with getting amused at what Lee sent Davie in a PM and that was allegedly having a dig.

You were one of the few users to ever receive a warning, due to your inability at the time, to take heed of the several informal warnings you were given. You were sent a PM at the time to explain.

I don't condone bullying at all, but having seen some of the bitchy comments on here and people going off in a huff over the smallest of things, I wondered if the following form could be used?
[attachment=7401]
Replacing the 'report' button, this form would be filled in and emailed to the mods, whenever you have a grievance.
What do you reckon?

Think the NEB Homepage should be updated with newer, more recent images.

Liam has already expressed interest to me in changing the homepage - it will probably be done after the news page is completed, as we're juggling about 50 balls at the moment and I'm not keen on the slow development of a new feature.
I'm still adding fleet archive content to the new integrated fleet list/news system, so you will continue to see the months on the left hand side of the news page increase (and in time you'll be able to filter the news by month). By the time I finish Go North East's fleet information and add the other two, there should be very few gaps from month to month.

Don't they just disappear to the bottom of the list, anyhow?

Not sure how it works but some threads haven't had a post for ages, just seems pointless for them to be on.

I'm not going to lie guys, it's just my honest opinion...
I'm not really liking the new forum layout. It looks too busy, and unprofessional for my liking.
Sorry.

Its not unprofessional for sure, but that it your thoughts.
I have to be honest, apart from the writing in a different font and the ad (which as Dan has suggested can be removed using Ad Block plus), I cannot really see that much of a difference.
Now the question is....is this a brand refresh or not?

The new theme is designed to provide a consistent theme across all areas of the website - regardless of whether that's the homepage, forum or fleet lists. With the old theme, new features were implemented and the page was designed on what we liked at the time (which always happened to be different to the last time we implemented a new feature).
The new theme is designed around the implementation of a single non-intrusive advertisement on the forum page, which will allow the website to pay for itself, and hopefully secure it for enthusiasts for years to come.
The theme isn't yet fully complete, but I don't think it looks unprofessional at all in its present guise. For once, I've liked Liam's first design without making him do a thousand and one revisions before releasing it publicly!

Yeah I guess so - we'll probably all get used to it after a few days though just like the previous designs
It's definitely not unprofessional though
