I doubt his words will carry much weight, given he is a Mackem. You need to be a Chester-le-Streetman to get people to listen to you. 

If any of my photos are seen on someone else's photostream, they don't have permission and they will find themselves with a rather sore backside once I shove their [insert device name here] up their [insert expletive here referring to where the sun doesn't shine]. I hope that I have made myself very clear.

Unsure on the rest. This photo reminds me of one I've seen on either Davie's or Lee's photostream though? May be wrong, but I certainly recognised the others.

He has now uploaded added more stolen photos on his page, and replied to my FlickrMail saying that he found the images on Google.

I got exactly the same response as Michael, when I asked him to stop removing people's photographs from their Flickr photostreams and placing them onto his. He let his ''big cousin'' onto his Flickr and he did it... Yeah, and I'm the Prince of Wales in case you weren't aware!

No you aren't. You are just some stone thrower from Chester-le-Street!

Just done a bit of research into Garreth, and it turns out that he lives in Houghton-le-Spring and goes to a primary school (since 2007 ).

If you look on 'Garret's' Flickr he has uploaded some more photos which clearly aren't his...
