Upstairs if you fancy a kip, downstairs if you don't!

Currently we have 3875 as it's replacement , however i don't think it will have a set replacement . Probs just any spare decker from Chester. Trident or B7

Unable to serve Castleside, Delves Lane, Bridgehill, South Stanley and Acton Dene at present due to severe snow.
Question... should this go in the weather thread or the GNE thread? - as its to with both weather and GNE...............

Big'un made a good call to avoid Stanley, this afternoon. Husband has called off going on his work night out, too. Says there's 2" of the stuff at home.
Our changed plans have involved getting cold and wet in south shields. Nothing settled there but a few cars turned around so the roads must be slick.

I bet your glad you avoided Stanley then, i wouldn't want to be stuck in that area.
(12 Dec 2015, 2:51 pm)BusLoverMum wrote Nope. No eas way out again.Crook is very bad but one thing i will say nothing stops the Weardale doing the 101 service and i bet up the dale is very bad.
I'd have had no idea it was so bad if husband hadn't told me what it was like at home. Not over Stanley way, but still 500' above sea level.

I'm sure this has been mentioned before but just want some clarity, do all non DDA buses need to be withdrawn by the end of the year or is it next year when it gets enforced? And if its this year then is there some sort of exemption that can be in placed for bus operator to continue operating with non DDA stock?
