Saw 156484 leave Redcar Central at 12:09 bound for Saltburn. Is this normal?
(06 Nov 2015, 12:30 pm)Andreos1 Normally 142's along there.
Very rare to have a 156.

(06 Nov 2015, 6:56 pm)Jimmi Thought it was pretty unusual for a 156 to head to Saltburn. Here is photo evidence of 156484 working the 1131 Darlington - Saltburn service today.

(09 Dec 2015, 8:44 am)Andreos1 Not a bad little monopoly for them or the German Government. The buses, Crosscountry, Grand Central, the Metro and now Northern.
They state services between Newcastle and Carlisle will be 12x faster.
I can only guess that some stations on the line will see a reduced frequency.
