(01 Oct 2021, 7:51 pm)Storx Aye wouldn't be surprised. Seen there's a massive claim starting against GTR aswell involving the Gatwick Express fares and breaking competition laws.https://www.cityam.com/breaking-all-shar...ce=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook
https://gtrclaim.co.uk/Home/portalid/0 - Details about it here which could be rather costly for them if anything comes from it.

Ouch!
Potential fine of up to £81m and the DfT are being accused of burying the report in to the alleged fraud.

well the fine wasn't as big as initially thought.

(17 Mar 2022, 2:07 pm)streetdeckfan That's what I would expect to happen given there's no more uncertainty about the fineNo more uncertainty with the fine, but I'd argue there's uncertainty about the work they're going to get going forward and the future value of the shares as any rail work dries up.

(17 Mar 2022, 11:54 pm)Storx I believe the railways are still going to be operated by private companies. It's been rumoured that it's going to be ran like TFL and the Overground (currently Arriva) and Crossrail (MTR). They'll definitely still be after rail work in the future imo.Wonder if their card will end up marked and they go the way of Virgin and Stagecoach?
