Exactly what we need - more ticketing options in Durham that drivers won't be able to remember!

The five for a fiver is quite a good idea, only that there are barely any buses running after 7pm.

'Some drivers' you mean :p - we don't all struggle to remember the options.  Some of us even know the fares off by heart, sad as it may seem.
How many alx max buses are on the 900 and which one has the urban 90 seating?

7416 is not a MAX vehicle but is in that livery and has urban90s.

I commend you or any other driver that can remember every single product offering. Especially when driving something like the X12, and having to contend with Teesside and Tyneside's tickets too. Tongue

A point I've brought up previously is that there's no need to be so many ticket offerings. If the customers don't understand them, then there's little benefit to having them, and it's perhaps time for commercial to have a bit of a think about it.

On the X12, you have the X12 routesaver, or alternatively the X12-X24 routesaver, plus the family version (which many people don't know how to issue).  The problem some Durham drivers have is Tyne & Wear tickets, which isn't helped by the fact that the U16 CAT ticket is set up to be issued as a 'single ticket' rather than a day ticket, and also the 'T&W Transfares' are hidden away under a special menu.  It's understandable that some people will struggle to get to grips with things, but at the end of the day, it's our job to make sure that we're familiar with the products we offer.

Do you know that for sure, or is it speculation?

Thanks. Could you please mark any speculation as such? Otherwise other members may mistake it for fact.
These vehicles had a retrim while at Arriva London, and I've also heard about the vehicle being released by Thorntons early so the Metro replacement contract could be covered.

All I will say is get your photos of them with ANE while you can, it's likely that only some of them will be staying.
