I oddly quite liked that brand. Simple and effective.
Could have a Red Kite style to it.

Repaired by Hanover's engineer this morning - as were 673 (dull front destination) and 6025 (rear flipdot stuck on 0).

It's not that people aren't bothered. Hanover have more customers than just Go North East, and their engineers are also entitled to holidays.

I don't think they'll go anywhere else other than Riverside.

I've heard very loosely that six could be going into Chester, linked with the 36 split operation.

So I wonder if all of them will be allocated to the 35/36 then?

Hope not, that's a rubbish downgrade.

Nice to see 673 was finally fixed. No doubt the sensor had gone on it.

AVID E-Fans are currently installed to all of the Red Arrow's Volvo B9TL's, Current Refurbishment Citaro's and Prince Bishops Streetlite's.

I would hate to see Versa's on the 36 any day......... i really hope they aren't going on the 36.

What if the Blue Versa(s), is for the new M services at Stanley?, as according to the news, 649 won't be part of the PVR at Stanley from the changes in May..... just speculating but, maybe that's why the Versa is blue, a new brand for the M services and bigger buses...

Means maybe around 4 or 5 solo's can replace MPD's in the fleet (not sure on PVR for the new M6/M7/M8 but the V7/V8 PVR is currently 3) but there's a M6 so no idea on that route will be but it depends on the other changes in the Venture network.

Might be doubling up to help with the loadings?

And maybe that was why there is a C&C on the 21 - helping the big boys out  Tongue

Would 710-714 entering service have anything to do with this? I think they do.

Could be but i was just speculating... Why not though?, if the V7/V8 are busy then why not put the Versa's on them, under a new brand.

We will have to wait and see.
