How long does it take to finalise a livery?

I think they'll look smart in the cooperate livery...... i do hope if Gas buses are part of the order, then they'll be for the 10/11 and 23, they'll need 18 in total, i would imagine some spares would be ordered... say around 3?

Current allocations:

3 - 9 PVR
12/13 - 11 PVR
16 - 10 PVR
20 - 5 PVR

Total: 35 plus 5 spare.

------------------------

10/11 - 10 PVR
23 - 8 PVR

Total: 18 plus 4 spares.

--------------------------------

Overall -

53 PVR total
9 spares overall

All Darts leave Sunderland, replaced by some of 36081 - 94, rest to cascade out to replace the MAN's.
Surely they can justify some new buses for the 100 in next years order, its well overdue an upgrade especially with the state of the current E300s

Has 27730 just been de-branded or has it been treated to a repaint too?

Hopefully a few places in the NE get new buses, i do think the 100 deserves new buses too... would think they would be the new Enviro200 though.

Hopefully this orders, wipes half of the remaining MAN's out of service.
I hope South Shields gets enviro 400 MMCs for the X34 and the Es Services

I still prefer the scanias that used to operate on the 100.

Proper vehicles them. Tanks.
Saw a 100 E300 this morning and it sounds worse than some of the B7 presidents GNE have!
What's the current diversion for the X24 due to the roadworks on Felling Bypass, seen one earlier coming along Northumberland Way next to Usworth College heading towards Newcastle.
I was on an x24 this morning towards Newcastle and it didn't even divert.

Driver discretion perhaps.
It didn't delay it all, arrived in Newcastle on time.

I'd say if it was to divert its best bet would be continue along Chester road to the a182, then a194m and a195 to rejoin its normal route at Heworth?

I was on the A19 this morning (heading north and in the car) and I was stuck for ages as I approached Testo's.

An X9/10 had diverted off in front of me and shot along the A1231.
If that (or an X24) had carried on at that particular time, it would have been delayed quite a bit on arriving in to Newcastle.
The A184 looked like it was stationery. The filter lane off the A19 wasnt moving at all.
Summary of movements which occured last period (6):

19205 has now returned Walkergate after it's spell at Slatyford post-Shields.
22013 moved to Slatyford Reserve from Stockton Reserve.
22344 moved from Walkergate to Slatyford
34550, 35155, 35156, 35159, 35160, 35161, 35162, 35163, 35172, 35173 and 35194 now officially on record as being sold to Thandi Transport Birmingham.
35195 has internally transferred to Highlands, although looks to be currently at Ferrymill Motors.
I confi gas bus 28002 is in stagecoach fleet livery. Seen it in pits looks very smart too

Good to see they are starting on repainting them. Although I do like the blue gas livery they are starting to look abit shabby as most of them have bits of branding missing. Would be nice to see them route branded in the Stagecoach livery however I cant see that happening.
Stagecoach will be providing free transport to SAFC Fanfest on Monday, departing Coxhoe at 0915 and Nevilles Cross at 0930 to Stadium of Light. Return journey departs at 1500. Tickets must be registered in advance though Travel is free.
Might be interesting for someone who wants a photo of one in an unusual place!
X24... Will it be branded the same?

Probables, might change next year, if rumours are true, that its getting new buses.

It's a very interesting application................ doesn't really mirror on the otherside the orange. Hopefully the next one better.

Prob using a staff van. Sunderland don't seem to have many fans judging from there attendence figures.
