North East Bus Presvation Trust website has updated. People can now submit there buses for the event. Looks like you can go for the full day and don't have to pick a time slot. It's got no information on masks or anything like that

Following constructive discussions a shuttle service using Routemasters will now run from Durham, North Road to Howlands Park and Ride site every 30 mins from 10,00 for the duration of the event.

That's what I'm thinking. Mainly because there the only two that might turn up. As Routemaster are very rare at North East rallys
Didn't the NEBPT have the Routemaster which had the hideous livery with the potatoes on?

Yes, but was repainted red a while ago. It is RML2530 / JJD 530D that had the potato livery.

Go to a rally down south, it feels like you aren't allowed to take anything but a Routemaster at times down there

Ahaha tell me about it. The amount of Routemaster at events down south is mad.
I hope we see some turn up. Would be nice to see other Company turn up. Scartle band , Weardale, A Line. Hell I'd love to see Henry Coppers bring something

Not so at Stroud - they may get one, maybe two, but the rest of the forty to fifty vehicles will be non-RM .....

That's what we more likely expect at North East rally. Unless Henry Coppers bring down there Routemaster makes 3. Then the Chitty Chitty Routemaster that makes 4. So them two plus the two that operate over the bank holiday on Toontour and B1
Henry Cooper has a few Routemasters.
There's also one near Stanley. It's been converted into a static hotel.

Yea they have 5 if I remember correctly but there's only 1 they bring to rallys
I'm wondering what Go North East & Are bring to Durham rally. Tbh I think gne will bring one of there X Lines X20 Mercs anything else not sure

Martin has confirmed that Northern General 2099 and the routemaster open topper that was used on Toontour will be attending Durham rally on the 20th
Is the rally still planned to go ahead even if the remaining restrictions are pushed back beyond the 21st?

Nothing has been said. But tbh I think they would have said something by now. I mean its a week tomorrow and also still no entires on the website
