PIL 2166 was on ALS coach travel today going to Darlington with SIL 9158

We currently have:-

BX14 OMB - Mercedes Tourismo on demonstration at the moment.

BX06 UMC parked at a bus stop in Doxford International around 19:45

We are operating a car park shuttle contract from Doxford Park to Rainton Meadows Andy. BX06 UMC was allocated to that yesterday.

Cheers I think I also saw another JH Coaches vehcile parked there on Wednesday

That was either BX06 UMC again on the shuttle or OTP 392 which was doing route training at the same time.

Fleet Update

Due to enter our fleet soon are the following Double Deck Buses:-

T318 FGN - DAF DB250 - ALX400
T319 FGN - DAF DB250 - ALX400

T421 GGO - DAF DB250 - ALX400
S236JUA - DAF DB250 - ALX400

The following Single Deck Bus will also enter the fleet:-

W905 UJM - Volvo B10(BLE) - ALX300

We are due to put another three Double Deck Buses in to our fleet at the end of August.

A JHC coach on the 380 yesterday.

We will be starting school contracts from September using the double and single deckers.

The two darts KU52RYF and KU52RYM arrived last night from Essex.

Yes, they will be based on Washington scholar services at the start of the school term in September.

Looks as if Jim Hughes have taken over the Newcastle Races shuttle from either Arriva or TGM Classic (can't remember which one). T318 was doing the honours today.

Looks like 3 coaches have went up to Edinburgh for the fringe or tattoo. Saw them on the A1 around Berwick but was unable to get the registrations. 2 corporate liveried coaches and a red one if that helps anybody.

Although shown to be sold to Listers PSV of Bolton after disposal from the Arriva North East fleet, it would seem that former Arriva North East 1209/13 have turned up at Jim Hughes...

Currently we have ongoing heavy construction taking place, therefore on the grounds of Health & Safety if you could refrain from entering the site until this work is completed.

We will of course be happy to show you around at a later date, we will publish this as soon as we can.

1208 passed through two days prior and is now with its new owners.

Have jim hughes gained a double Decker as one was parked in Birtley on Saturday

LT02 ZZJ - Dennis Trident has now also entered our fleet to start school services from 03/09/2014.

Our two remaining Dennis Tridents on order are currently being prepared and painted therefore two temporary Dennis Tridents have joined us until our new vehicles are ready for delivery.
