A point I've brought up previously is that there's no need to be so many ticket offerings. If the customers don't understand them, then there's little benefit to having them, and it's perhaps time for commercial to have a bit of a think about it.

And given that some of the recent cascaded stock has proved to be a little unreliable, perhaps Brand New stock would make far more sense. It would seem very strange for Arriva North East not to receive any brand new vehicles in 2016.
