It will be renumbered 135/136 depending upon which direction it is travelling. The service is secured by Nexus.

(09 May 2016, 1:42 pm)Dan wrote No - it wasn't supposed to be entering service today. See this post.
It transferred to Washington at about 11am. I'd expect it would about two days to get through familiarisation with Washington's drivers.

Few more things that need to be sorted before they can go out on the road, and I think there's still some drivers which haven't received familiarisation.

(09 May 2016, 7:44 pm)South Tyne Lad wrote Could be to standardise batches of Scania's on different Depots, 53s at Percy Main, 54s at Deptford and Earlier Examples at Riverside for their route requirements.
Though Riverside will continue to have all Tachographed examples, Which include 4967 from the 53 reg batch and 5227/5228 from the 54 reg batch.
(09 May 2016, 8:01 pm)Michael wrote It could be also with 4968-4976 rumoured to be going Blue (couple already done) going to Percy Main meaning Deptford will lose some 53 reg Scania's.
Hopefully they are standardising batches of Scania's.
(09 May 2016, 8:10 pm)South Tyne Lad wrote Deptford will loose all 53 Reg Scania's if all of them are repainted, With Percy Main having only 53 Reg Scania's and Deptford having 54 Reg's ( for branded routes )
Could also be to do with the mechanical side of them too, Most notably is that the 53 Reg batch have a different Gearbox to the 54s. Doubt it is though.
Should improve the quality of the service there operating too, The Prince Bishops had branded vehicles all the way from 2001 to Late 2004 on it, Similar to the Fast Cats which had Scania's from 2002 to 2004 on it.
Sorry if I don't make sense, I didn't know how to explain it.
