I am not sure whether to celebrate the Saturday service on "my route" 703, or mourn it loss as the new timetables (agree with above), certainly won't win any prizes for clear and concise viewing by the general public.

This will be to cover the new Thursday late night shopping, in Durham, which starts tomorrow. The leaflets only mentioned the PR1 running later from Belmont.

Unusually, there's been nothing but Solos on the 58 today and for most of yesterday and a couple on Monday, rather than just maybe one.

Wonder what gives with the E200s?

Well, there's usually one on the 700/701/702/703 round Chester-le-Street and there has often been one on the 113 along with YN04LWM, also saw one on the 879 the other morning meaning it was probably on the 110/111/112 the rest of the day.

CLS normally gets one of the branded ones (KNV/KNW) doesn't it? Big'un saw KNW on the 113 this morning. 58 usually gets at least 2 of DXK/DXL/KNU plus, for the past few months, a solo.

Funnily enough, I've never caught a SB solo. Considered it when I took Littl'un out on Monday (big'un was already back at school) as it would have saved me more than a couple of quid busfare, but I was glad I didn't, as it was too hot in Durham and I wasn't feeling well and was glad of more opportunities to escape.

DXL is on the 58. Must have just been on holidayWink

Edit: it has a mismatched rear nearside bumper panel. Must have had a scrape.

YN04 LWM unusually on the 58 today.

Had to double back through Gore Hall Estate after confusion about when the B1279/A181 junction was supposed to reopen for the evening.

The full PVR of the 58 has been made up of E200s, today.

Not unusual apart from the fact that none of them are white.

So, As well as shifting a Solo, they seem to have done some re-painted.
