Looks like the Bluebird's have arrived, or at least one has - SJ16 BGZ, operating the 10:40 84 from the MetroCentre.
EDIT: the other 84/84A is ex Weardale Solo MX07 JNZ.

Is it just me or are the destination blinds dodgy on the Phoenix buses the writing looks to be squashed up on one side

Yeah, the destination set up does look peculiar.
There was a Cock up somewhere this morning with the 84/84A, the first journey to the MetroCentre didn't run as somehow Phoenix seemed to be under the impression that the first run was the 10:40 from the MetroCentre. I know full well that the first run to the MetroCentre didn't operate as a woman got on the 10:40 departure and mentioned it about a HUNDRED TIMES!
