Buses are tatty and poor For their age, many of the drivers have no customer service skills and the service is now totally unreliable. About time for someone else to run it.I'm almost certain that the Durham P&R contract was for 5 years, plus a 2 year extension. It started on 27th October 2014, so might not be up for renewal till October 2021.
