Paper Timetables

Identifies the X31 as going to Consett though. Presumably ahead of any future changes to interworking patterns discussed previously.

Was up Newcastle last week and couldnt find paper timetables anyway. Ridiculous.
Sorry, you find having no paper timetables in a pandemic when they are probably wrong and another non essential touch point ridiculous?
Does anyone outside enthusiasts give a toss?
Honestly speechless at the lack of awareness here. Jesus Christ
Talking of timetables, weren't there supposed to be new style PDF timetables introduced in September? The ones that Dan asked for pictures of so they could be put on the front of the (printed) timetables. The current PDF ones do look a lot better than the black and white ones, but I'm sure they are supposed to be similar to the Venture and Little Coasters ones that are up.

Unlike the Little Coaster timetables, the new timetable for 39/39A has no mention of evening services operated on behalf of Nexus

(13 Oct 2020, 6:52 am)Dan This version of the timetable (including the printed variant) is only intended to be short term. A ‘proper’ Sunderland area guide booklet will be created, and this is where the full timetable (similar to North Tyneside) will be.

(13 Oct 2020, 10:17 am)streetdeckfan Will these area guides eventually be made for each area, ie. one for Gateshead, Durham etc.?
(13 Oct 2020, 1:57 pm)LeeCalder Just picking up on comments a few days ago regarding the Crusader flag, surely the flag is a lot more relevant than the torch? Its the symbolism of the torch that holds the meaning of hope, endurance and enlightenment. Statue of Liberty torch lights the way to freedom and liberty. Surely a more fitting emblem than waving a flag from the golf course.
After all, it was a crusade in which people displayed flags and banners, not an angry mob carrying burning torches!

The "Chinese" crusader version did show the type of banners that were used. Never have I seen pictures of them holding triangular flags!

(13 Oct 2020, 2:59 pm)streetdeckfan Christ, you're giving me flashbacks to the nightmare that was GCSE English! To be fair the torch; graphically, looks more appealing and classy. The older crusader livery just looked like a bad dream...so did the black Blaydon Racer after the first 10mins.
Had they used a different flag (like the one on the old Crusader livery), it would have made a bit more sense, but now you mention it, it does look like a logo for a golf course!
