(01 Nov 2014, 8:03 pm)Kuyoyo That would be 22014
Dear Mrnut85
What 39xxx are you talking about moving to Teesside? They can have are shields 39xxx if they want them or are you taiking about something else. Regards Robin
They probably won't be for Stockton - let's just think for a moment:
Busways' 39xxx seat 38 - 4 less than a non-DDA MAN
Hartlepool's Darts will be 11 years old next year - the designed life span for a Dart being 12 years
The Darts seat 38 - exactly the same as the 397xx (Hartlepool's 396xx seat 43 - they are longer)
Might that be the eventual location for 39701-14
(That and those MAN E200s will be far too small in terms of capacity for most of Stockton's routes)
(02 Nov 2014, 2:53 pm)aureolin 16 and I think the 20 I've seen them on.

(24 Oct 2014, 3:45 pm)Cock Robin Could be 22206 as that has been up north for a while.

(03 Nov 2014, 8:37 am)Multi21 Anyone else thinking it could be a three way swap if Stockton want a complete DDA fleetOne of the main supposed resons for buying the 25 buses was the reliability of the older 300's. The older 300's have had some issues from day 1 and the breakdowns were obviously an issue. The new vehicles have smaller wheels for platform height accessibility. Every 5 years there is usually an injection of new vehicles and maybe some swap arounds to suit.
New E300s seat 42 one LESS than Hartlepools E200s... If they don't have the capacity for Stockton routes why have they bought 25 smaller buses?
