(16 Feb 2017, 4:37 pm)BusLoverMum I had this the other week. A photo taken with my phone (not even at its highest quality because they're huge!) wouldn't upload at all, but I did succeed with a lower quality screen shot.
If you're able to reduce the file size of your photo, it might help.

(27 Feb 2017, 7:59 pm)Adrian On the upload screen, does it show you what quota you have for attachments? e.g. mine shows "You are currently using 120.85 MB of your allocated attachment usage (Unlimited)"
You are currently using
186.56 MB of your allocated attachment usage (488.28 MB)

I seem to have identified one reason for the photos not uploading.
If I select a photo which is on my OneDrive account, it won't upload.
As the camera roll shows both photos saved on the phone and OneDrive, it is often difficult to identify its 'saved' location.

(17 Dec 2018, 8:46 pm)Andreos1 Still nothing available regarding photos.
The 'add/insert' option isn't available. It just gets to the point where you browse and select, but unable to go any further.
