Beyond summer, it is expected that this vehicles and the others in its batch will be retained to operate Miscellaneous Works Nexus contracts from September 2018. It has been allocated fleet number 6936 at Go North East. It was new to Go-Ahead London Central in February 2001 as fleet number PVL184, and joined the East Yorkshire Motor Services fleet in 2012 where it was allocated fleet number 650.

A batch of 7 withdrawn Volvo B7TL/Plaxton President vehicles are currently in the process of being amalgamated into the Go North East fleet, for exclusive use over the summer on Special Events and contracts (such as the Sunderland Tall Ships Park & Ride services). As EYMS' 595 (PJ02 RBF), to be numbered 6940 in Go North East's fleet, has not been put through annual PSV test in time to transfer north as expected, this vehicle has joined the Go North East fleet on temporary loan for a week in lieu of it. It is allocated fleet number 790 in the East Yorkshire Motor Services fleet.

Following the transfer of three Scania N94UD/East Lancs OmniDekka vehicles to Riverside Depot to operate Nexus Miscellaneous Works contracts, this vehicle has moved into the Special Events and Private Hire fleet. This Special Events fleet comprises of various coaches and double-deck buses: these should not be allocated to public services, but will be brought into service to operate Park & Ride contracts, shuttle services, and other services associated with special events.

It is one of three to transfer to Riverside to operate Nexus Miscellaneous Works contracts, in turn displacing three of the dual-door Volvo B7TLs to the Special Events Fleet over the summer when there is an increased requirement for vehicles to operate services for Special Events.

Pending delivery of parts required to fully prepare the vehicle for public service, this vehicle has been allocated to Washington Depot. Go North East has been awarded the contract to operate service 23 (Barley Mow Estate – Birtley – Washington) from Sunday 22nd July 2018, so route learning for low-cost drivers at Washington Depot is currently in progress. As it has not been fully prepared for service, this vehicle cannot be allocated to public service, but will instead be used by drivers undergoing route learning.
