Released from Brighton & Hove following the entry into service of brand new Wright StreetDeck vehicles on the company's 1 service; this vehicle, previously numbered previously numbered 628 within the Brighton & Hove fleet, has now arrived at Go North East and will undergo preparation for service within the Go North East fleet at Saltmeadows Road Depot.

Following recent transfer to Percy Main to cover additional vehicle requirements on "DFDS Seaways" service 327, this vehicle has now returned to service at Riverside Depot.
Ahead of re-allocation to Hexham Depot to operate scholars services, this vehicle has been repainted into a plain white base livery, with large black Go North East fleet names.
Prior to entering service, this vehicle has gained private cherished registration mark 340 GUP (previously held by Dennis Trident/East Lancs Lolyne 3866, which has now received its original registration prior to disposal). This vehicle's original registration, YN05 GZL, has now been held on retention.
Due to a shortage of Driver Training vehicles and this vehicle being out of service during the school holidays, this vehicle has temporarily transferred from Hexham Depot to the Driver Training fleet at Riverside.
