This vehicle has received "Green Arrow" branding, with sub-branding for services 97/97A (Newcastle - Metrocentre). The new "Green Arrow" brand replaces the current branding on "The Highwayman" services 97/98, coinciding with service changes which will take place at the end of October.
As the new X67 service (Middlesbrough to Darlington via Stockton & Hartburn) launches on 26th October, with Stockton Depot requiring two "MAX" branded VDL SB200/Wright Pulsar 2s to allocate to the service, this vehicle has temporarily transferred from Blyth Depot to Stockton. Once the two examples being refurbished for Stockton (1404 and 1405) return to service from refurbishment, this vehicle will return to service at Blyth.
This vehicle has transferred from South Shields to Slatyford (Reserve), as a replacement for MAN 18.220LF/Alexander ALX300 22675 (V675 DDC) which has been withdrawn due to engine issues.
This vehicle has moved from Sunderland (Reserve) to Walkergate (Driver Training), and will see use as a route learning vehicle. Its destination displays have been removed in favour of new vinyls being added.
