RE: Stagecoach North East - Latest - markydh - 27 Mar 2014 Looks like a national roll out of a system they've been trialling in the likes of Bedford for well over two years now! RE: Stagecoach North East - Latest - Acky81 - 27 Mar 2014 (27 Mar 2014, 6:32 pm)DavidP wrote A Hylton Castle to Farringdon and back to Hylton Castle round trip on Service 3 would take about 75 minutes in the evening, so with a 30 minute frequency, it would take 3 buses with a 15 minute layover. A Pennywell to City Centre and back to Pennywell round trip on Service 20 would take about 40 minutes, so with a 30 minute frequency, it would take 2 buses with a 20 minute layover somewhere. I like your explanation RE: Stagecoach North East - Latest - Michael - 28 Mar 2014 2 bus drivers talking about the gas buses this morning there both sayig how easy they are to drive and very smooth. And sorry, in my last paragraph I somehow missed out the bit about the 15 running between Town Centre and High Barnes. Re: RE: Stagecoach North East - Latest - mrnut85 - 31 Mar 2014 (31 Mar 2014, 6:30 pm)Richard Smiles wrote I note that the vehicle orders for Stagecoach North East has increased from 48 vehicles by 3 to 51. At least two of the additional vehicles are those previously mentioned by MrNut85 i.e Two New Enviro 200s for South Shields, which are expected to be delivered in July. Glad you got the fleet numbers lol I was told to bugger off by my engineering manager Re: RE: Stagecoach North East - Latest - mrnut85 - 31 Mar 2014 (31 Mar 2014, 7:43 pm)Richard Smiles wrote As you mentioned a few days back, they are only buses, I was having to follow strict instructions as regards to the New Stuff for Teesside, but the Press release today takes us a step closer to what is coming. I didn't want to have a go, just stressed with work etc RE: Stagecoach North East - Latest - glen123 - 31 Mar 2014 Do you know when the new buses are due to come for teesside. |
