The 8 arrives at Hylton Retail Park shops at around 22 and 52 towards Sunderland.
GNE might put a new registration in for a service 99 (unlikely though) services has been cancelled before and a new registration goes in.
so service 36 going to arrive at retail park 5 minutes before service 8 to sunderland, unless service 8 has any time changes.

Seems unlikely it will be.
The 8/8A also has changes to its times from the same date.

No probs, was just trying to work out the new PVR's. =)
(04 Apr 2016, 3:40 pm)cbma06 wrote [ -> ]its official.
service 36 starts at castletown and will not serve town end farm.
service 36 still every 30 minutes. don't know the frequency of service 33 will be.
service 36 will not serve the royal hospital, service 35 will still serve royal hospital
Wonder if fares on the 36 are reduced, taking the extra fare (and time) needed to get to the hospital for some now.
(04 Apr 2016, 5:10 pm)Michael wrote [ -> ]Probables not...
Yet the stagecoach 12 and 13 have different fares to silksworth depends on the companys decison
Taking a guess at the new PVR for the new 35/36 (going by the section of the new timetable posted on here) - it will be 14 - 1 down from the current 15.
Hopefully that one which isn't needed is kept at Deptford as a spare... as its currently needed due to the 5 Silver ones been allocated to the 61.

Get the spare see it do it citario and the spare WTX citario, plus silver citarios and put them on service X35, or is that not enough for the X35 yet

The X35 PVR is 7, so if they did paint the spare WTX Citaro and the one from the See Do it, and used the 5 Silver Citaro's then there would be enough.
I think the Citaro's would look smart in black.
Michael, you will do yourself an injury overthinking these PVR's......haha

Could possibly get 5337 then the see it do it as the wtx has wifi

5298-5309, 5325/5326 - See it Do it.
5327 - Spare for the 35/36/61.
That's how i would do it, if the PVR is dropping for the 35 and 36.... this isn't confirmed though.

GNE buses that are staying with the fleet for the foreseeable future will be gaining wifi etc....
so probably all the citarios will be gaining wifi at some point in the future.
Problem is, if you repaint one of the WTX Citaro's and brand it for another route, what would be a practical back-up to use when one of the three WTX Citaro's are VOR?

Put an indigo in its place?

Capacity on Solo's would not be ideal on this service, I've seen standing on the X7 at times.

Then they would have to do what they do now - put a Solar or whatever they can on.

But peterlee don't have any solars

Usually I've seen indigo solos on the x7 and northern red buses on x7 aswell

The extra bus if needed comes from deptford depot

As you say, it gives Bridget Phillipson ammunition (not that she needs much).

It does and known her she'll use it for this quality contracts thing.
I have family in Castletown, lets say they aren't happy with more changes to the services....

I am not sure who will be happy.
Some are seeing direct services cut and others are seeing journey times potentially extended.
Whilst in some cases, costing them more in the process.
Reliability is decent as it stands and the service can carry decent numbers.
Although fares to some areas are more expensive than comparible services.
If they are looking to increase its popularity, reducing links to the hospital isn't going to be the thing to fix it.
Driver on the 99 said the x36 is going every hour it used to be every 10 minutes

If marketed correctly the X36 could be a real money spinner if advertised and given better features such as NSAs, WiFi and power sockets. It COULD challenge the metro
