I agree to, would like to see a Stagecoach Bus to Newcastle some day though.

I wonder why Stagecoach have never tried it. Perhaps they have seem the amount of times GNE have tried and failed and just think its not worth it. A direct bus from the likes of Silksworth, Farringdon or Hastings Hill to Newcastle via the A19 would be great but I can't ever see it being feasible unless it was weekends only.

been done before as a service 22, years before.

That's why I'm saying it may not be 'new' as such, but it's still proving Stagecoach do try things out every now and again.
It was only to improve the reliability of sunday 23s so an extra bus could be added and so there wasnt a 29 minute layover for each bus.
E200s 36973 (SN63 VVH) and 36974 (SN63 VVJ) are the latest arrivals at Sunderland's Wheatsheaf depot.

I'm not sure whether 36972 (SN63VVG) has arrived yet, but I have updated our fleet list to include the registrations of the latest arrivals:

Not yet, Have no idea when
Very few movements in this period (with the exception of the new E200 arrivals at Sunderland), though we can expect next period to be a lot better.

A few changes to the ancillary vehicles -
- 91597 (DX63 FBO) VAUXHALL CORSA: New to Walkergate
- 92965 (YB08 RHE) FORD FIESTA: Head Office to LEX (off lease)
- 92967 (BN58 ATZ) FORD FIESTA: Walkergate to LEX (off lease)
Slatyfords 22047, 27509 and 22476 at Sunderland depot this morning for maintance/repairs.

I'm led to believe that the fleet number allocation for those that have arrived is as follows:
  • 36975 (SN63VVK)
  • 36976 (SN63VVL)
  • 36977 (SN63VVM)

That's correct, yes.
36978/79/80 to arrive, and then we're sorted for just over a month before the next lot start arriving.

Fleet list updated. I'm doing well! Wink

=D, they should be here next week... when will they enter service?

have we found out if the Gas buses are all coming as 1 order or are they split?

I imagine that they'll be out once they all arrive and have been prepared for service (stickers applied etc), which I'd assume would be next Sunday. Could be wrong on that one though..!

The order is split into two separate batches again like the E200s that are arriving at present, and I imagine the delivery process will be very similar.

Ye :p
At least 2 of the new E200s were out today in Sunderland on 10/11. Didn't get any fleetnumbers as I was driving at the time. Stagecoach have got one up on GNE by putting new buses in service a day before the Connections 4 launches!

If they operated in the same area, I could understand it, but since they operate in different area's, I cannot see the connection (get it Big Grin ) between Stagecoach 10/11 and GNE 4.
It was 36966, on the 10/11
36968 and 36969 were also out on the 10/11s
Parked at the back of the depot now (presumably waiting to be transferred/withdrawn) are 34611,35156,35188,35190 and 33829
I had a ride of 36969 today. New bus smell!
Sounds great too.

Dan said above they're at the back so they're being prepped to leave now.
Anyone considered one or two may be going to Hartlepool to get rid of their ALX200s?
