Seems a bit pointless to me having a fleet list, if it is not going to be maintained (kept up to date) properly.
If this is a pop at our fleet lists, you wouldn't believe how much time and effort has been put into them. If you're in a better position to be able to provide fleet list updates, feel free to produce your own and upload it as an attachment to the forum when there are updates to a company's fleet position.
I can only update the fleet lists with the information at my disposal; if this has not been given to me, I am not in a position to be able to provide this on our fleet lists. Even then; until recently I have had to juggle a full-time job, education, and a social life with this hobby, so do forgive me if I have accidentally missed something. I have a bit more time on my hands now that I've completed my exams, but even still, this is just a hobby and it is not the be all and end all of my life.
Service Update. All services in Darlington and which start in Darlington are currently subject to severe delays due to road closures in connection with a large funeral
Does seem to be causing problems, saw the 5 arrive at Aycliffe Town Centre heading to Bishop and the 5A pulled in behind it running half an hour late!

Again, going back to this irony thing, you're the person who said ''people on this forum just slap each other down''...

It was hinted that the 57 would be changed to serve somewhere other than North Seaton too.

I'm surprised you managed to view them with your head up your own backside.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch...
I don't suppose anyone knows what's happening heading in/out of Durham?

I've just compared the Northumbria fleet list and the NEB fleet list, and guess who's is more accurate?
NEB's fleet list.

Yes it's going to be crazy! The council are doing Sunderland Bridge at the same time, so it's going to be almost impossible.
Council have advised that people travel outside of peak times, but seem to have forgotten they cut just about all early morning and evening subsidy...

Go else where then, people have jobs and a life to...

I'm dreading it, been looking at alternative routes for getting to/from Newcastle - think I'll be getting the X10 to Peterlee A19 Slip Road then the 21 home to avoid Durham on my outings. Sadly it doesn't work in the other direction for much of the day so will probably have to go through the mess that will be Durham

Yup! They've said they might suspend the Sunderland Bridge works if it gets too bad.
I know we are adding an extra bus on 22/24, 56, 57, 64 and X12 but I don't know how much help this will give in the grand scheme of things.

Sunderland bridge works?, remind me again please, can't remember

Sunderland Bridge is where The Honest Lawyer is near Croxdale. They are putting a new roundabout on that junction.

It's on the 6 route out towards Croxdale and Spennymoor, they're taking out a traffic light T-junction (where the Honest Lawyer pub is) and building a roundabout in it's place. I gather it's been going for a few months already and is due to last til October(?) - but may be suspended during the summer if this and Milburngate bridge works together in Durham City cause absolute chaos. How they'll measure that I have no idea

Oh right, thanks, thought he meant as in Sunderland's bridge haha!

Yeah its been going on for ages, they briefly stopped a few months back but started again around two months back? In the direction of Durham you now actually go round the roundabout which is being built and it is a bit of a pig at the moment getting round it. Also the speed limit through these works slows traffic down to 30mph which can sometimes cause tailbacks. Dread to think what its like on a morning heading into Durham going through these works.

Word is, the Milburngate bridge works are meaning ALL 7 workings are transferring to Darlington to allow extra Durham staff to transfer to other routes. Should be fun.
4512 has ventured to Cramlington and Back this afternoon !!!!

Something to do with the fuel pump I believe, so it goes into a sort of limp mode. I ended up doing a full 28 to Nunthorpe with it doing 20mph Max

2855 has an internal Hanover led screen fitted. New NSA thing for the Darlington town work?

Its off when it was on the Durham Park and Ride. They had next stop displays only without the voice.

As I believe, Durham are losing 2 boards - one 7 and one X12. Plus the additional tenth X12 vehicle is said to be a Stockton turn as well meaning both depots will operate 5 boards on there (1415 is said to be moving to Stockton for the summer).

It wasn't - fifteen minutes late to Nunthrope when suddenly it came back to normal until Linthorpe Road and then got worse as we turned onto Borough Road (yes, I was on at the time - I wish I hadn't been or it had got thrown off before that trip)

I thought that, never noticed them before though and it looked new.
Services 6 and 7 (plus GNE X21) are suffering serious delays due to temporary traffic lights at Sunderland Bridge where they are doing the roadworks.
Wonderful [emoji35]

One sapphire service 7 already running 15 mins late because of this, things are about to get worse before they get better

This is at a quiet time of the day too so lord knows how bad it's going to end up later in the day.
I'm going to have fun getting home especially as it also affects the GNE X21 as well.

Could you not get the X9 to Peterlee, then the 21?

Probably not with the time I'm expecting to be back in Newcastle.
Even if I could it's annoyingly the X10 I'd have to get and I am not totally confident with catching the 21 from the A19 slip road stop although if there's time I could always walk to the Moorcock stop.
