In a speech at his rally in Florida, he referenced a terror attack in Sweden...which never happened. It appears that he has got Sweden and Sehwan in Pakistan, who have suffered a suicide bombing within the last couple of days, mixed up.

He's the highest ranking troll in the world.

This made me laugh quite bit - Tomorrow's news :p
Got off the 10 at Hexham and saw someone asleep upstairs against the window so told the driver, hopefully they didn't want to get off before Hexham.

It did confuse me but it amused me slightly.. GNE 4899 was leaving Fewster Square on the 69 to Wardley with its engine bonnet open.....

And just now, 4929 attemted to stop at Fewster on the 67 but was forced away by some chavs and one kid tried to chase it.. the kid gave up, the driver stopped and then drove again after the kid tried again... Big Grin I found this very funny tbh!
A train just went past my house...

One of Tanfields, I believe.

I you go into the Dolphin Centre at Darlington, you can often pick up timetable leaflets for the MAX X15 and X18 that runs between Newcastle and Berwick.
Twitter banter with disgruntled passengers.

@gonortheast  can you tell me what part of the fabulous 56 is actually fabulous? Such a horrible experience every time I get it.

go north east
@garry_carhart Well, It's got wifi, plug sockets, next stop announcements and connects you with Newcastle or Sunderland every 12 minutes.

garry carhart‏
@gonortheast it's also got rubbish all over the floor, a lad shouting at the back of the bus because none of the chargers work but aye wifi
Some idiot trying to wind me up... and then just attention seeking when I don't bite back.  Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

Another batch of irrelevant timetables at Stanley bus station...

Last night there weren't even any 6/16/a buses timetables, just a bunch of unconnected ones [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
Walking through Trinity Square today after getting some Bus photos on the Newcastle side of the High Level Bridge and see 2 men arguing in the street near Costa, think security were on the way to deal with it as one passed us when was walking to Tesco Extra

Toyota Aygo first goes down the bus lane past The Gate then they turn right further down onto Neville Street where there's another bus only lane, double fine for them then since both have cameras on them, serves them right

Whether or not the cameras work is a completely different story.

There's always someone driving in Newcastle somewhere they shouldn't be, worst I ever saw was someone driving down Clayton Street in the wrong direction!
They turned right in the direction of Grainger Town Multi Storey Car Park once past the Station, would've saved time (and money providing cameras are on) by turning right at the traffic lights and went along Gallowgate and then St James Boulevard and left further down, that's what I do when driving through Newcastle.

The last few times I've been in that car park, people have been driving up the down ramps.
As I was cycling up dunston bank people were driving past and cheering me on. Even old people were, which surprised me.

Newcastle is a nightmare to drive round even for experienced drivers who aren't from around the area.
How can someone sink to such a low life and there mate too, to actually take the p*ss out of another ( considerably younger ) enthusiast ( not me if your wondering ) who is only new to the scene just because they claim to know everything....

enthusiasts these days!...

People in this hobby don't tend to like people who claim to "know everything" it often ends up in disputes and it doesn't matter who the person is, it's going to happen...

This hobby can sometimes to bring out the worst in people, I've been keeping quiet on all forms of social media the last few days as I've just not wanted to actively be a part of the hobby.

Don't think its possible to get away from disputes in this hobby, I find it as if everyone's in a competition against eachother!
I'll admit I don't like untrue news/stories being spread about, But I certainly don't go and gang up on another person with a mate just because there wrong, All in all id just happily correct them.

When I first started the hobby ( forum etc ) I didn't have a account for my Bus Stuff on Facebook, But it's since ive created one that ive started to see the dark side of the hobby, The constant negativity is depressing.
Tbh I even had to make a new one recently due to my old one being hacked by another enthusiast.

Probably because you are only really on here and Flickr as a enthusiast, the worst activity tends to be through Facebook, mind I have a fair few enthusiasts on my Facebook plus I often post on Facebook. Bus Enthusiast Groups and I have had very little bother, about the worst I had was over that offending A-line Coaches photo that people demanded that I remove from a group due to the trouble it could cause: https://flic.kr/p/Mjy8g3

Really, if you don't go looking for arguments and be a bit careful about who you socialise with, you should be fine.
Not just today but for 2 days now I've been annoying someone by speaking a different language to them Big Grin Big Grin
Old man came up to me and told me I was "taking pictures of people on the bus". I responded with "what..?" and a few of the other passengers started laughing out of confusion with his remark, too.

Mind, he was quick to waddle off the bus with a face full of embaressment!

Nexus donkeys. Had a station manager approach me to tell me not to take pictures in the interchange. I told him where this policy existed online or in paper written form for public viewing. He said he didn't know, but it'd be somewhere. He eventually stormed off to his station managers (still nexus), who tried to approach me with the same nonsense. They said the otherside of the red fence was council land, which brought me to asking about the fact that Nexus is a council subsidy and that many FOI requests have been publically held (I showed them some) online revealing that no such policy existed. The station managers went to get their supervisor, who turned up asking what bus I wanted from Stand V. I said X36 and he walked off. All 6 station-related nexus donkeys stood over near Greggs in a line all staring me out.

It's just a shame I didn't even take any pictures!
