654 (653 for even longer) been painted a few weeks now.
Prob call them Little Bishops or Little Lilacs.
Peterlee locals brand doesn’t really do what’s written on the tin , especially when the solos operate in other areas like Seaham/murton and Durham , probably be little purples to compliment the x9/x10 purple branded xlines or service 55 could go the same way as the 4 with branding.
Should of done the solos under the OK Way brand with service 55 under OK Travel brand, as OK had the depot at Peterlee , seems the only brand GNE wants to keep is the old bus company venture brand

Just saw what looked like one of GNE's solos fresh from repaint driving up the A1 past the Angel on test, it had a red rear and what looked like either a dark grey or black front.
Initially I thought it was a GCT Nexus branded, but it looked like it was ready for a road stripe?
