Anyone know when Ticket machines are getting upgraded, GNE upgraded them in 2017, Arriva in 2019/20 so when will Stagecoach?

They're a different and upgraded version of the Vix ETMs that Go North East had.

Yeah...its just Arriva/GNE have moved to Tickter, while SC still have the old ones. 

Just wondering if there were plans to upgrade them

There's nothing old about them. The TP5800s were rolled out roughly at the same time GNE and Arriva moved to Ticketer.

There's nothing old about them. The TP5800s were rolled out roughly at the same time GNE and Arriva moved to Ticketer.

Also, I would doubt anything will be done until the Nat Exp merger goes through.  Having one ETM across all the Travel West Midlands and Stagecoach fleet will make it alot easier for back office systems.

From what I've heard, our existing ticket machines will eventually be adapted to accomodate a QR scanner. Unless of course NatEx come in with different plans.
